- Managed a large group sales executives stationed in 5 Countries (Hong Kong, Taiwan, The Philippines, Korea and Thailand)
- Increased Gross Profit derived from transpacific air and ocean activities by an average of 23 % yearly
- Established successful Key Account Management for large forwarding company in the Far East.
- For large international logistics provider established US Gateway System, thereby reducing airfreight cost by more than 1.5 M during the first year
- Implemented carrier policy, reducing the number of carriers utilized by 40%. Resulting in better conditions for both, service and buy-rates.
- Leading role in turn-around ($6 M loss to $1.2 M profit within one year) of large international forwarder, consisting of 46 fully operational offices nationwide.
